2019 Tax Receipts

T2202s for qualifying fees paid in 2019 are now available online. Tax receipts for inactive ACAF enrollees and inactive or deregistered CPA students will be mailed through Canada Post by February 28, 2020. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

For the 2019 tax year, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will require all designated educational institutions in Canada to file an information return for the T2202 Tuition and Enrolment Certificates. To prepare your T2202 form for the 2019 tax year, your Social Insurance Number (SIN) is required. If you have not already provided this to CPA Ontario, log in to My Portal and provide your SIN under Profile before downloading your T2202s.

Important Note

In accordance with section 118.5 of the Income Tax Act, T2202 Forms are only issued for tuition fees. Materials and administrative fees are not eligible for tax deduction. For further information, please review the Canadian Revenue Agency tax guidelines.
